Sapova Lyudmila Vladimirovna

She was born in Moscow in 1956. She graduated from Art School in 1973, and from the Moscow Architectural Institute in 1979. She worked as an architect-restorer, an artist.
Since 1997, he has been a member of the TLC of Russia.
