Artist Roman Karmanov was born in 1977.
From 1992-1997 study in the Crimean Art College. In 2004 she graduated from the Kharkov Academy of Design and Arts majoring in "Easel painting"(workshop Kovtun Century. And. and Vintaeva Y. N.). Member Of The Union Of Artists Of Ukraine. Lives and works in Simferopol.
